Promoted from Ajilon, a division of Adecco to a blended role for Adecco US and Adecco globally to increase our growth in the professional direct hire and contract to hire marketplace. Developed and implemented highly successful training, coaching and mentoring programs for the world's largest staffing firm. The programs are now utilized in over 30 countries. Personally trained, coached and mentored over 1,000 highly successful Direct Hire Recruiters.

Responsibilities included engaging with field management nationally to help hire, on board, train, coach and mentor our Direct Hire Recruiters during their first 18 months of development. Created the training and follow-up coaching program's content, guides, forms, scripts, tracking materials for the recruiters, mentors and managers. In addition, I continued to actively train, coach and mentor Direct Hire Recruiters and their Managers. Impacted our perm division by growing from $3MM to over $300MM by 2004 during my tenure as a Perm Director and VP of Perm Development. Decreased turnover from over 80% to 20%. Doubled our per desk production averages.Our highly regarded programs became a very effective recruiting tool to land top-tier talent.

As the first hire of this newly created role, assisted the Branch Managers of primarily temp/contract offices to develop their Perm Recruiter teams by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on boarding, training and coaching both the Perm Recruiter and the Branch Manager to be highly effective in this new endeavor of perm placement. Regional responsibilities expanded to multiple regions, then nationally. Perm revenues grew dramatically from $5 million to over $300 million in 7 years and from 5% of annual revenues to over 25%. In addition, turnover dropped to under 20% and per desk averages increased by 220%.
