My professional experience had a foundation in the domain of the face to face, direct sales world. For 20+ years, I've built b2b and and b2c f2f sales teams, nationally and internationally, for Fortune 500 companies - including Verizon, AT&T, Shell, BT, MBNA Europe and Woolworths/Macquarie, Vodafone and Telstra Australia.I've a product background. (Researching what consumers want, finding the right manufacturer/supplier, importing and then selling vast quantities of that product - globally).I’ve experience in setting up and financing businesses from scratch, the on-going support of those businesses, and the people I trained to run them. The current count is 787 separate corporations internationally with 74% of them trading profitably past the 5 years in business mark. I’ve made an effort to travel the world, studying the leaders in my industry, to learn from their experience, and adapting to their best practices (UK/Ireland, USA, Canada, Australasia, Germany, Poland, Holland, Spain, Portugal, India, Scandinavia, Israel, Japan, Dubai and China)I have a personal passion in investing, I love being involved in creating something from nothing and navigating it through “the valley of death” to sustainable growth.
