Varco-Pruden markets and sells building product/solutions through a closed distribution network of building contractors.

Managed a Regional Profit Center in the Great Lakes Region. Revitalized a marketing program, led the corporate efforts in LEED and Green Building. Therm-All, Inc. is a privately held corporation that operates throughout the US. They specialize in providing insulation systems and products to building contractors and building manufactures.

Led the sales and marketing efforts for a building manufacturer during a financial “turn-around.” Unfortunately the “turn-around” failed and this long time industry leader closed its doors. This was a tremendous experience on how to managing during difficult times. I will always be proud of the performance of my sales group. During my time at Steelox we increased sales and we increase our selling price as compared to the industry average.
