Preach in morning services 20+ times over a calendar year. Design adult small group curriculum. Participate in leadership team which involving short term decision making and long term vision casting.

Assisted in launch of small groups, supervised small group leaders, led a small group and taught an adult Sunday school class.

The Gathering Pastor March 2005 – December 2007Began a ministry to 18-35 year old individuals. Led the launch team in creating vision, direction, and goals. Planned weekly services/meetings, preached at the weekly worship service, led core leadership team, organized and launched website, facilitated communication with greater New Hope body, planned outreach events, planned and led mission trip, discipled individuals and led bible studies. Also occasional pulpit supply for main congregation during this time.Sr & Jr High Youth Pastor November 2003 – December 2007The Well – A youth worship service jointly ran with a partnering church. Shared teaching, discipleship, and leadership development responsibilities.Youth Group – Planned weekly meetings, discipled leaders and students, taught Sunday schoolYoung Life Church Partner November 2003 – August 2005Part of a Leadership Team at Smoky Hill High School, took students to weekend and week long camps, met and developed relationships with non-Christian kids, spent 1-on-1 time with new Christians, spoke at club, and coached a high school soccer team as part of contact work with high school kids.

Worked with youth on the streets of Kathmandu building relationships through a local drop-in center.
