Released two albums by the New York City based Americana band Ocean Carolina.Ocean Carolina's debut album, All The Way Home, was self-released on September 18, 2012 and re-released by Old Hand Record Company on January 14, 2014.Ocean Carolina's follow-up album, Maudlin Days, was released on June 30, 2015 by Old Hand Record Company.Both albums are available on vinyl and can also be found on all digital platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.

Over the last five years of my tenure at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (FHLBDM) I was responsible for leading a team of several analysts during the Member Collateral Verification’s (MCV’s) for the largest depository/bank member and several of the largest non-depository/insurance company members of the FHLBDM. These members both pledged loans to and took cash advances from the FHLBDM equating to tens of billions of dollars.In addition I led and assisted in onsite and virtual MCV’s for hundreds of the more than 1,200 members (community and commercial banks, thrifts, credit unions, insurance companies, community development financial institutions (CDFI’s) and housing associates) in all 13 states and three U.S. Pacific Territories of the FHLBDM.While my focus was on loan review and loan eligibility I spent days, and sometimes weeks, in members board rooms allowing for more face time with FHLBDM’s members than anyone else at FHLBDM had. This allowed me to build relationships with hundreds of members and people and provide a real impact on their learning curve and ability to successfully pledge loans and maximize their capacity to borrow money from the FHLBDM.
