Recovered from a serious illness and returned to AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant in Monterey, CA on December 14th 2018. After 1 year of high level performance, I was able to earn a promotion. On December 16th 2019 I was promoted to Assistant Manager of a San Jose, CA store. Within 5 months I earned an opportunity to be part of a pilot program called FirstNet Specialists. Im so proud to be able to assist all first responders in accessing AT&T's FirstNet, the nation's only First Responder mobile phone service giving our first responders priority access to our network 24/7 and exclusive access to the emergency services only network provided by the Unites States which began after 9/11.

As the on-ice instructor, my role included teaching kids ages K-3rd grade how to ice skate, and play hockey by implementing a self made curriculum. I also had several volunteers that I would meet with before each lesson to discuss the duties I needed them to perform. The role also included monitoring kids safety as ice skating can be very dangerous. Special note: I was diagnosed with a serious stomach disease that required surgery along with a lengthy rehabilitation period of nearly 4 years. That is why I left Wireless Retail, my previous job, as I was too sick to work an eight hour shift. My shifts as an instructor never lasted longer than four hours.

As the store manager, I'm in charge of operations including the role in sales management with many responsibilities recruitment and interviewing, training, inventory management, cash/banking management, meeting store quotas, monitoring employee performance, setting up events/promotions, conference calls, manager meetings and continuing to learn and adapt to changes in the business.
