Consulting with small businesses and accountants to provide a proactive approach to bookkeeping and business services. Proficient in the use of MYOB and Xero Accounting software and handling payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, reporting, budgeting and tracking work in progress. Liaising with accountants for monthly IAS and quarterly BAS. My services extend to implementation, maintenance and integration of IT systems, procurement of equipment and general business efficiency and streamlining.

As the Sales Executive for the Land Rover brand, I was responsible for all sales and marketing of new Land Rover vehicles to new and existing customers of the dealership. Covering the northern half of Tasmania, the role often required me to travel and see customers far and wide. I was solely responsible for configuring and ordering new vehicles for customers and dealership stock and liaising with customers on the ETA of their new vehicle from the UK. Reporting directly to the General Manager, I was required to produce weekly sales reports and ensure the dealership was meeting KPI for the brand.

As a Financial Adviser I specialised in Life risk insurance, investment and superannuation funds. My role was to see and review existing clients from the business portfolio, follow up leads from referral sources and generate new business/sales. During this time I have been an Authorised Representative for the licensees: Aon Hewitt Financial Advice (formerly Aon Financial Planning & Protection) and Synchronised Business Services.

As the Business Manager I was responsible for daily operation of Schiliro Financial Services, reporting only to the Director. Responsibilities included staff payroll, maintaining IT systems, handling MYOB Accounts and bill payment, preparing monthly performance reporting and the Quarterly BAS for our Accountants. I was also required to liaise with various product providers to increase business revenue.

My primary role as Paraplanner was to ensure the business remained compliant with industry standards. This included database management, preparation of Statement of Advice, undertaking ongoing training to keep with the ever changing industry regulations, researching products and developing client strategies. I was also responsible for the preparation of audit documentation and managing ongoing claims.
