Reporting to the Global Head of Talent this role is responsible for all aspects of Talent Acquisition & Delivery for CNOOCs UK Head Office, including areas such as Subsurface & Engineering, Business Development, Commercial, Legal and Finance.

In my role as Geotechnical Talent Acquisition for Nexen, I am focused on recruiting the very best Geo-science candidates for our international projects based out of our UK offices. Consultancy Services to Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Companies, focusing on Talent Acquisition of Scares Skillsets Internationally. As well as in-country project scopes in remote and hostile environments.

I was the first Talent Sourcing Advisor at BP, partnering with the Management team to role out an integrated sourcing model to (CPO which became GPO) and the North Sea. My scope of work was creating an internal sourcing function which would focus on attracting the best technical professionals into BP as an organisation. I partnered with the established recruitment teams and technical screeners for the assets and functions to enable a project role out for the business including HSSE, SO&R, Functions, PSVM and Projects.
