For the past 20 years, as a Chief Financial Officer, I have gained invaluable experience in delivering financial leadership to publicly-traded NASDAQ companies and in growing startups into multi-million dollar, publicly-traded entities. This expertise has allowed me to be knowledgeable in accounting and financial reporting, financial and administrative infrastructure development, business development, corporate restructuring, and investor relations. A few of the achievements I have accomplished include:★ Grew energy startup Warren Resources from the ground up - $0 revenue and $0 EBITDA - to a multi-million dollar venture with $400M in revenue, $80M in EBITDA, and $1B+ in market capitalization at its peak. ★ Raised $700M+ in the capital for Warren Resources - $500M+ privately from accredited investors and $225M through the public markets – in addition to negotiating a $300M Senior Credit Facility for the firm.★ Spearheaded investor relations at both Warren Resources and Intercloud Systems, serving as the primary liaison between the company and investment bankers, shareholders, and sell-side analysts. ★ Successfully steered Warren Resources through the financial crisis of 2008 and 2009, in addition to guiding Intercloud Systems through a period of internal turmoil.★ Participated in 100+ non-deal roadshows and industry conferences throughout tenure at Warren Resources as one of only three employees making roadshow presentations.
