The model was selected by Board of Directors to support the combined companies.Developed, presented and won business case for $1M capital funding project of new finance, accounting, and human capital management system based on Lawson product suite. Hanger Orthopedic Group acquired NovaCare Orthotics & Prosthetics in a $455 million dollar transaction in 1999, becoming the largest national provider of orthotic and prosthetic services, with over 650 points of service in 42 states.In the Director of Information Technology role, primarily responsible for managing the technology portfolio for NovaCare’s national footprint, successfully executed an end-to-end conversion of NovaCare’s systems and infrastructure into Hanger’s operations.
