About Tim Hoang

Being a life-long learner, I love trying and experiencing new things; my career path is evidence of this. It started with a love for math (algebra rocks) and problem-solving that was instilled in me at an early age. This guided my education and background towards the fields of finance and accounting. But having an innate curiosity for people and their interactions led me to shift over to the Human Resources world. This transition made sense to me, because throughout my whole life I got my spark from helping people. But rather than helping people become more cost-efficient or profitable, I found a lot more satisfaction in helping setting people up for success. Today, I have the pleasure of doing so by helping people advance in their professional career, while also also helping companies keep their talented team engaged in the business.My name is Tim, and I am passionate about People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
