About Tim Little

I have worked in several sectors and for the last few years have been closely involved with SMEs. Really helping them to prosper and grow. I do a lot of strategy work with directors and stakeholders to help them make improvements. Also a good deal of organisational development work through my role as an Investors in People Practitioner. Two particular areas of interest are introducing the balanced scorecard approach to businesses and helping organisations embrace 'intent leadership'.
