My team is responsible for handling all submissions from our agents in to a quoting platform called IQuote. We are the link between agents and carriers requiring us to do front end underwriting. My associates are also responsible for building stronger partnerships with our agents. Also, oversee our direct appointment capabilities.

My role is to assist agents that are a part of our Network Program in onboarding, training on utilizing of our systems along with consultating agencies in learning how to take advantage of the markets our carriers have to offer to increase their revenue. In addition to those core elements, I will be assisting in ensuring carriers that are in our Network are satisfied with the quality and mix of business being sent by building strong relationships and working with their representatives.

At Nationwide I handle regional total loss claims primarily in the automotive industry. Working with our adjusting team, I focus on providing insurance expertise as well as a great customer experience, consistently having superior customer satisfaction ratings.

As an Ohio licensed public adjuster, I work directly for policyholders in order to secure the maximum possible recovery for automotive insurance claims.

As a manager and sales leader I trained and supported our store employees and consistently lead our team in sales. My duties included scheduling, arranging marketing plans, and enacting company procedures.

During my position at PFI I directed and organized a national team of installers, travelling to retail store sites to build and install fixtures according to blueprints.
