As General Manager of CKE restaurants across Europe I oversee the smooth running and development of the Carl’s Jr. franchise model on the continent having doubled our presence in the region from 42 to 82 sites in the last 3.5 years with a further doubling predicted in the next 3 years to get to 200 locations minimum. As a highly knowledgeable business leader with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry, I have a good understanding of what it takes to launch a successful, profitable restaurant chain. Specifically, I have a track record of success in bringing US restaurant chains to the UK including Shake Shack and Smashburger.Over the past two years I have overseen Carl’s Jr.’s expansion into Europe, where the brand now has 82 restaurants. Working in partnership with sharp investors to awaken QSR cravings in new markets and unlock new opportunities for the Carl’s Jr. brand, now, our focus is on the next stage of the company’s growth.
