These skills have been utilised on projects through the design phase and into construction, to facilitate the best possible outcome for the client and the project.I have significant experience in the port and marine sector having been the Director in Charge of Port of Melbourne Corporation’s capital works programme overseeing delivery of cost management and quantity surveying services for multiple high value complex capital works projects including the current Port capacity project.In addition I was the Director in Charge of our program wide services at Melbourne Airport including terminals, runways and aprons, car parks, roads and infrastructure and property projects.I am the Project Director on a number of high rise residential and hotel projects in planning and under construction as well as several PPP social infrastructure projects.
