With his proven capability in product development from product definition, roadmap planning, ID & mechanical design, electronic circuit development, embedded system development, software development, as a qualified PMP holder, he is capable to lead projects from concept to NPI, executing production process development, and continuous improvement by Kaizen.Personally, Tim is very keen on knowledge sharing, and at the same time he is also a very active learner.
