My multifaceted career encompasses running two Computer Services companies and overseeing several retail outlets. During my tenure at Ctrl Center and later at my own venture, Lynchware, I honed my technical capabilities, adeptly navigating between PC support and Web Development to serve a broad spectrum of clients. At Harbor Freight, my managerial role highlighted my leadership strengths. I built a top-tier team, prioritizing exceptional customer service and thorough talent development. Navigating my journey, I recently embarked on a rewarding career at Heartland Business Systems as a Software Engineer. Here, I'm dedicated to expanding my skill set and cultivating genuine, trustworthy professional relationships. While my journey took an unconventional route, it equipped me with unique skills: rapid learning, the adeptness to motivate and communicate with individuals of diverse personality types, and expertise in leading large, organizationally intensive projects.
