Managed the manufacturing and warehousing operations in a combined 330,000 sq. ft. hose manufacturing and warehousing operation producing both PVC and Rubber Soaker type products. Planned and executed P&L.• Produced 192 million feet of hose in FY-2012, up by 12% over prior year. (FY is July 1, 2011 thru June 30, 2012.)• Reduced cost per foot by 20% from $0.171 to $.0142. Reduced cost per foot to $.0130 in FY-13. • Reduced Production Scrap from 6.1% in FY-12 by 62% down to current 2.3%.• Reduced Recordable Injuries year over year from 2010 thru 2013.
