Assisted to identify cash flow needs by stress testing the financial forecasts, so that decisions could be made around seasonal funding for grower payments and the ability of the Group to meet its future debt repayment obligations.- Administrator of York Civil, a major construction and civil engineering company operating major infrastructure projects both in SA and nationally.- Review, advisory role and ultimately sale of a vertically integrated aquaculture operation based on the Eyre Peninsula, SA.- Administrator of Termite Resources NL, the operator of an iron ore mine near Coober Pedy, SA.- Review and restructure of a owner/operator of 4,250 ha of cropping/grazing properties in SA and cattle stations in the NT.- Advisor to family run operation involving extensive cropping, sheep and wool production across 4 sites in 3 States to restructure roles between family members and assess modelling to advise on funding options for the total farming enterprise.- Adviser to secured creditor of borrowers operating 3 dairies in SA to monitor a dissolution of various partnerships and conduct a Review of the interests post partnership dissolution including assessment of new borrowing positions.- Review and balance sheet restructure through new equity investors of a Group which owned and operated 35 tourist parks across Australia.
