• General Motors (4 months): Provided mainframe portion of the analysis to develop Internet access to existing mainframe IMS transactions.• Kelly Services (2 years). Programmed application pages and background processes for a new front office application using Uniface. Wrote program specifications and constructed Oracle views.• University of Michigan (10 years). Completed numerous projects from requirements gathering, analysis and design through construction and user approval. Served several internal customers: purchasing, accounts payable, warehousing and distribution, mortgage and accounting. Managed multiple mainframe projects during the University’s transition from mainframe to PeopleSoft.• Ford Motor Company (2 years). Served as lead analyst for four projects in new development. Gathered requirements, wrote the general design, did screen design and data modeling, supervised two analysts in writing program specifications, and provided technical assistance to programmers.• Compuware Administrative Supervisor (8 years). Issued performance evaluations, gave career guidance, counseled employees with performance concerns. Trained and mentored new team leaders, gave new employee orientation presentations, served on branch promotion board, concurrent with my own project assignments.
