Recruited by the company to expand technical consulting business (Desktop, Server, LAN, WAN) into a full service consulting firm that included project management, business analysis and software development. Over a 5 year period, New Age Technologies revenue grew from $1.3 million to $9 million dollars. Responsible for building the internal software infrastructure and procedures to accommodate for the rapid growth of the company. Managed consultants at multiple enterprise client sites as well as directed all internal application development and recruiting practices for project management, business analysis and software development.

Provided full scope assessment of the Year 2000 impact for Merchant Credit Card processing Company (NPC). Responsible for recruiting, planning, remediation and certifying 1.3 million lines of cobol, assembler, Easytrieve, Natural(adabas), and Roscoe RPF code. The project effort consisted of 2,500 jobs, 690 programs, 50,000 hours, 20+ consultants and over three million dollars in expense.

Bank of America’s predecessor, NationsBank, provided an opportunity to grow within an entrepreneurial environment as it matured into one of the largest mortgage servicing operations in the country. During this tenure, a highly aggressive business plan turned a seven billion dollar mortgage portfolio into a 75 billion dollar mortgage servicer with over one million customers. To support the business growth required implementing software development standards, change management software, project management methodologies, and a variety of system and software modernization initiatives. Full management and budgetary responsibilities in the application support and development of the CPI MSP/RLIC licensed mortgage software (ServiceLink, a Black Knight company), strategic architectural planning, legacy systems development, and portfolio conversions.
