I lived in the Washington, DC area for apx. 20 years (1980-1999). During that time I worked as an advertising sales executive, a publisher, a fund raiser, an executive director for a bi-partisan nonprofit, a marketing consultant, an association executive, and a small business advocate.In 1999, I moved to Florida and helped my wife establish a consulting business that provides contract staff for pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical device companies engaged in clinical research. The following year we built a polo club and polo school that operated during the winter months and I spent a couple of wonderful summers teaching and playing polo at Santa Fe Horse Park in Santa Fe, New Mexico.In 2007, after retiring from playing and teaching polo, I established Great World Adventures a horseback riding outfitter. We now offer a wide range of tours and activities in Florida.
