    In 2005, I was promoted to lead the North American marketing strategy, operations, events, production, and finance for retail marketing projects, brand development, and flagship displays in over 28K locations. In this role, I reported to the director of marketing communications, managed a team, and oversaw up to a $20M P&L across thousands of SKUs.I continued to help manage Kodak into the digital age by working with product managers to merchandise new products like Kodak Picture Maker in-store kiosks and digital cameras across every retailer in North America that carried Kodak products. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Designed and commercialized the “Kodak Picture Kiosk,” which was recognized by the POPAI Association and received a Gold Outstanding Merchandising Award in 2008. I led a team of product engineers, managed the branding process, and directed the creative agency to design a kiosk system that was scalable to work well in independent retailers as well as for giants like Walgreens and CVS. ► Grew the ACV for Shop Simple merchandising to 46% of 28K retailers by 2005.
