Current- Work with engineers, technicians and PM’s to discover the IT needs of our customers. Turn these discussions into a Strategic Technology Overview and use this document to perform Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Serve my clients as an escalation point for service and delivery issues, acting as the client’s champion and trusted advisor.
- Provide service plan executive and end-user kick-offs for new clients.
- Coordinate between different departments to accomplish the needs of my clients.
- Communicate and present technical concepts to all levels of staff, from employee to owners.
