I serve as the chief executive officer of the Boy Scout council based in Spokane, Washington. The council serves more than 11,000 youth in 15 counties of Eastern Washington and the Panhandle of Idaho. The council has three Scout service centers, three Scout camps, 5,000 adult volunteers, 625 units, 150+ part-time/temporary staff, and 22 full-time staff.

Greater Milwaukee Area

I served as the chief operations officer or "director of field service" for the Milwaukee County Council of the Boy Scouts of America (now the Three Harbors Council). This council serves more than 15,000 youth in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. In this role, I supervised all field staff and field service functions including volunteer recruitment and support.
