CurrentFirst page results leave lasting impressions. 90% of clicks come from the ORGANIC search results (the first 10 results after the ads and map, etc.). HOWEVER! 90% of websites never show up in a random ORGANIC search. Many more only show up if you put in exactly what they do (e.g. "Chinese food", "senior home care". One local establishment might show up in the first three pages.Do you want to grow your business with a website that actually attracts lots of traffic and customers? There are 3 fundamentals:1. You have to attract the organic traffic. Page ranking is based on Google's perception of your website's authority as a trusted vendor for the business in question. You prove that by developing ORIGINAL content and presenting it strategically. Even if you are an expert in the area, your content needs to be linked to appropriate authorities in what you do, so that Google knows that your content is authoritative.2.5 CTR (Click-thru-rate) boils down to the common stats for impressions. 2,5 people for every 100 impressions once you are getting ro or more a day. I get some first and second page results with only 2000 words on mytaxman.ca.Once someone clicks to your site . . .2. The site needs to be informative and easy to find what the user wants. The nicer the presentation, the better. You want people to stay on the site to find what they want and BUY, SIGN UP, etc. A great website tells the story of your business and explains everything about it and what may be relevant. Ths is explained in the backend and fron the url down through the page. I am currently working on Bloomfieldhops.ca, which is an example of a site that a business needs if they want to truly dominate the traffic. Currently, there are 10K+ words and it the blog will grow.3. Make it easy to click: "I'm in!"I use my expertise in the English language and knowledge of how to present information to build websites that will achieve first page results.
