I have more than 25 years experience in management and training in business, government, education and not-for-profit sectors. My experience in leadership and management across a diverse range of industries and sectors has had me lead and develop teams with high performance and strong customer service emphasis. I have developed and negotiated workplace agreements and advocated for both individuals and workplaces to enhance both their satisfaction at work and their performance in their work. I hold graduate qualifications in further education and I have been a tertiary lecturer in the areas of management as well as the management and operational service areas of the hospitality industry. I hold formal qualifications in life coaching, management, human resource development, training and career development. I am passionate about working with people and organisations to help them identify and reach their goals, helping them overcome difficulty and adversity and walking with them to greater levels of satisfaction, performance and effectiveness.
