I provide a variety of functions in this role, including sourcing FF&E, developing design presentations, preparing 3D drawings and perspectives, drawing plans and elevations in AutoCAD, drafting electrical plans, creating finish schedules, opening trade accounts, and interfacing with clients and sales representatives. I worked with the executive team, various organizational leaders, the marketing committee, and external vendors to develop strategic ad campaigns to improve brand visibility and patient experience. I also designed and implemented billboard, newspaper, magazine, promotional materials, and other advertisements in-house. I organized direct mail and PR campaigns, wrote press releases, and coordinated press interviews with executive leaders as needed. I also provided community outreach and education, attended trade shows, and coordinated the development of a new website and TV commercial. In a dual role as a Program Manager, I implemented a Federally-funded HIV services program providing clients with access to dental care, mental health counseling, pharmaceutical assistance, insurance premium assistance, and emergency financial assistance. I submitted monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to my funding administrators, including client statistics, budget revisions, expense reports, etc. I also developed standard operating procedures, developed job descriptions, managed staff, processed payroll, etc.I developed a consumer advisory board, a group of active program volunteers, to help identify any barriers to care, quality concerns, etc. A brand new group, we developed and approved by-laws and met on a monthly basis. This was one of my favorite activities. It allowed me the opportunity to truly connect with my clients and attune to their specific and unique needs.
