Sales life began walking the streets of the rainy city, cold calling, and it led to selling to CxO level executives in world-leading global companies and organisations, across multiple geographies, and vertical markets. Success and setbacks have gone hand in hand, but my personal belief and experience are that failure is a part of success, not separate from it. Experience has taught me that the desire to help and develop others is a direct result of my journey. I now work with companies, organisations, and individuals to help them focus on understanding the right problem(s).Most organisations are focused on growth; however, many organisations are grappling with the inhibitors or what components are needed at multiple levels to achieve growth.
