Sales life began walking the streets of the rainy city, cold calling, and it led to selling to CxO level executives in world-leading global companies and organisations, across multiple geographies, and vertical markets. Success and setbacks have gone hand in hand, but my personal belief and experience are that failure is a part of success, not separate from it. Experience has taught me that the desire to help and develop others is a direct result of my journey. I now work with companies, organisations, and individuals to help them focus on understanding the right problem(s).Most organisations are focused on growth; however, many organisations are grappling with the inhibitors or what components are needed at multiple levels to achieve growth. My focus is on working with people across all levels of an organisation to enable them to think differently, recognise different perspectives and support, where needed, challenging the status quo.This approach helps organisations learn something new and valuable about their industry, customers, competitors, employees, lines of business, systems and processes and facilitates accelerated growth and change. Through adopting proven methodologies, industry best practices, frameworks, tools, and techniques coupled with practical, real-world application, growth in revenue, profits and other measurable KPIs or OKRs is axiomatic.This is achieved through highly interactive, facilitated workshops, training programmes, bespoke consultancy, coaching and mentoring. This helps people understand the right problem and ensure that new skills, knowledge, disciplines, and processes become part of their DNA and their organisation.
