Trane Technologies is a solutions provider in HVAC equipment, building automation, energy services and construction/turnkey projects. I lead our recruiting sourcing team. I develop sourcing strategy for our talent acquisition teams. I help develop standard work for complex industry-related boolean strings, training videos and AI strategy. In addition, I am our vendor manager for any direct-hire partners. We keep our external partner list very small since we have a mature TA brand. This ensures our large TA team is out representing our brand in the marketplace.

Also implemented strategies to obtain leads through internet sourcing and networking at conferences held by the AEE, NAESCO, and Govenergy.
