As the Operations Manager for HSA Commercial, I will oversee the bidding process for the WI portfolio securing contractor bids, negotiating to ensure the highest quality of services are obtained at competitive market pricing, scheduling for recurring service contracts, periodic repairs, capital improvement projects, and other maintenance projects. I will be reviewing scopes of service for vendor contracts, preventative maintenance requirements and loss prevention practices developing and revising scopes as required. I interact with tenants handling service requests, coordinating maintenance staff, conduct property inspections and monitor the performance of service providers. I coordinate state and municipal inspector walk throughs as needed. I assist in maintaining logs and records of building system maintenance and life safety inspections.
