Working as part of the Client Training team I deliver training on the combined HR and Payroll solutions to colleagues and clients in a classroom environment. Our team provides world class service in a fast paced industry.Typical duties:-• Classroom and virtual classroom based training on PC and Web native systems.• Designing new Courses.• Creating/Updating training Manuals• Administration of course attendees

I Managed part of the support team organising the training of over 150 clients and provided telephone support to numerous users at each client site. I was appointed as the support lead for one of the company’s core products. This involved recruiting a new member of staff to assist me due to accelerated sales.Typical duties:-• Organising new system setup and training for over 150 clients each year.• Planning system induction for each new client.• Providing telephone support to numerous personnel at each client’s site.• Meeting clients to plan/review system implementation.
