Our portfolio companies have grown an average of 26% per year since investment, providing more than 130,000 jobs and delivering more than US$2 billion in revenue.Since joining LeapFrog, I have:- Built a communications and engagement function from scratch that serves a global team in multiple offices and timezones, from Lagos to London, New York to New Delhi.- Secured positive brand coverage in more than 400 published articles and news videos, reaching more than 1 billion people cumulatively. - Pioneered the release of interactive, digital annual impact results, securing tens of thousands of views and industry-wide positive feedback while setting a new industry standard for reporting.- Instituted a new regular stakeholder newsletter, growing our reach to over 10,000 with average open rates above 30%- Organically grew our company LinkedIn audience by 25% in one year.- Delivered a synchronised global announcement of the largest single commitment into impact investing, a US $500 million strategic partnership between LeapFrog and Temasek which resulted in top tier coverage in every target market reaching more than 500 million people.- Engaged with global senior partners to develop a company-first content strategy, including a revised brand essence.- Delivered a global brand refresh (and sub-brand model) to modernise a decade old brand, fit for a digital age.- Launched a new, content-first website increasing average time on site by over 25%, daily audience peaks over 5k visitors and no downtime.
