People loved the mission—and they bought in, literally. We’ve shown that consumers are willing to embrace sustainability, even if the packaging isn’t perfect.But what we also learned is that scaling this kind of impact requires more than a local, small-batch operation. To make a meaningful dent in glass waste, we need a new operating model that goes beyond pop-up markets and driveway bottle-washing.What’s next?We’re now focused on leveling up. We’re actively seeking a co-founder with expertise in scaling logistics, operations, and/or industrial processes to help turn Ugly Beer into a movement on a larger scale.
