As Campus Director for Campus Outreach at the University of Memphis and a Part-Time Fundraising Coach with Funding Tribe, I have the privilege of equipping leaders who will impact their families, the churches and communities, and world for Christ.At Campus Outreach, our vision is to mobilize at least 20 equipped graduates by May 2029 who reflect the campus and go on to lead and serve at the University of Memphis, the city of Memphis, and the world. This mission fuels my passion for leadership development, discipleship, and mobilizing future leaders to impact their communities and beyond.At Funding Tribe, our goal is to empower minority and women leaders by providing the financial support they need to thrive in their calling. Our innovative approach ensures that minority missionaries have the resources to focus on their ministry without the added pressure of financial strain. As a coach, I help leaders develop fundraising strategies, build donor relationships, and grow their capacity for long-term impact. With over 12 years in college ministry, I’ve seen the power of clear vision, strategic planning, and intentional support to transform leaders, preparing them to love Christ more deeply, fulfill their calling, and impact the next generation.
