I get our providers up and running on Pega Launchpad, working with their developers, product owners, and business leadership to go from idea to paying subscribers in production quickly and successfully.Previous background:Started at Pega in 1999 as a C++ software engineer working on the integration services component of the PegaWORKS product, transitioning in 2002 to the small team that rebuilt the core engine in pure java for next generation core product, the Pega platform. During time as a software engineer, developed deep expertise in server-side java concurrency programming, application scaling and performance considerations, test driven development, and java code generation.From 2009-2012, managed a local team and worked with teams in India, led the technical architecture for the case management capabilities of the core Pega platform.From 2012-2014, lead engineering for the performance analysis and tooling product area, directly managing a scrum team locally, with matrix responsibilities for scrum teams in India.From 2014-2019, lead architecture, product, and people as the director of the Pega platform data engine, working directly with five scrum teams across three continents to define, design, and build the core reporting, data access, and search capabilities for our Pega Infinity platform product.From 2019-2023, director of engineering, Pega Infinity and Pega Launchpad.
