My mantra for the projects I manage is end-to-end responsibility, I adapt my projects so they are executed in alignment with the company structure and culture. I don’t hand over the project until the solution is satisfactory.Meeting customer expectations is where I find my greatest motivation; to contribute in the delivery of that which will satisfy the customer or end-user needs and will make a difference to the individual whether it be in their personal life or work life.After years working with political projects I have acquired a natural ability to navigate in projects with complicated decision-making structures and difficult conditions. I compliment this with a strong focus on stakeholder management and building relations with the project, the participants as well as the rest of the organization. Practicing these skills for over 10 years have made me rather proficient in reading people and culture and adapting my leadership style to the individual.I have a strong professional interest in project management and I am intrigued by the complexity of the projects I manage. For the same reason I often find a steep learning curve as an exciting challenge, and I need a challenge to thrive.
