CurrentLeading strategy, marketing and commerce for SaaS provider of full-stack data management, AI-generated content, and e-commerce solutions across Sports, Media & Gaming industries. Harnessing expertise across the organization and serving on leadership team with CEO, CTO, and CDO. • Established strategic marketing function including market analysis, current/potential target markets, channel prioritization, customer requirements, and industry-relevant KPIs and performance standards. • Defined clear vision for brand, including competitive analysis, user insights, and creative/agency process to establish a distinctive identity and leadership position within the industry. • Driving all corporate PR/marketing/social media, internal/industry events, and strategic integration partnerships, including Contentstack, Fivetran, Kevel, Rally House, Shopify & Snowflake. • Integrating with business development team, co-managing pipeline, and developing business plans, proposals and subscription agreements (new clients: Big Ten, the Southern Conference and USL Spokane). • Directing private ad network (merchandising, sponsorship, programmatic) for clients to drive targeted user experiences and increased revenues. Tracking revenues, impressions, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate. • Leveraging leadership, engineering, and data teams to establish product strategy and features, identify new markets based on competitive gaps, and verify value propositions. • Elevating organizational culture through creation/management of BOOST Playbook, employee goal-setting/career development process, and companywide/functional meeting facilitation. • Implementing successful operations upgrades, including CRM, project management and corporate website. Utilizing Airtable, Confluence, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Microsoft 365, Miro and Slack. • Partnering with CEO on investment strategy, including research, outreach, and tools (demos, videos, collateral); secured new investors/partners.
