November 2011 - Lead Analyst on a $2M project to improve the tracking of insured deductibles and also automate the deductible billing and financial reporting for large Commercial Agribusiness accounts. April 2010 - Integration of a vendor solution to rate, quote, issue and automatically select and print policy level forms for Commercial Agribusiness accounts. In addition, Lead analyst for the team that documented functional requirements for over 15 coverage level enhancements to the base functionality provided by the vendor. Team anlayzed over 1000 company specific and ISO forms and implemented over 200 into the vendor application. Implemented the full solution in 2011.January 2009 - Implemented changes to the business process and system for Motor Vehicle Reporting (MVR). This was a cost reduction effort that implemented business rules and functionality to reduce the number of MVR's ordered/paid for and changed the business process for utilizing the MVR information. Created functional and nonfunctional requirements for a web based system utilized by the Agents in 48 states. June 2008 - Integrated with vendor solutions to geocode a property address and to automatically assign geographic rating elements (protection class, EQ zone, territory, fire district, etc).
