• Lead the preparation, review and negotiation of project documents including term sheets, project company documents, power purchase agreements, site leases, renewable energy credit purchase and sale agreements, security.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of the necessary materials to obtain and comply with the terms of project incentives
• Manage the preparation of the necessary deliverables for the review, approval, acquisition and funding of projects under the company’s financing programs
