Director Of Project Development - Solar Division
Current•Manage all aspects of the day to day transaction and project development process for rooftop and ground-mount distributed generation solar projects which sell power to commercial, government and utility power purchasers•Work closely and seamlessly with the company’s origination and business development, project finance, legal, engineering and construction teams to optimize project economics, mitigate project risks, and provide regular reporting on the status of projects under development•Conduct and coordinate all project due diligence, system design and engineering, interconnection and permitting activities, working closely with the Company’s engineering and construction teams•Lead the preparation, review and negotiation of project documents including term sheets, project company documents, power purchase agreements, site leases, renewable energy credit purchase and sale agreements, security documents, interconnection agreements and engineering/procurement/construction agreements•Oversee the preparation and submission of the necessary materials to obtain and comply with the terms of project incentives •Manage the preparation of the necessary deliverables for the review, approval, acquisition and funding of projects under the company’s financing programs•Anticipate and respond to client and investor requests and manage day to day dialogue•Oversee the preparation of presentations and other written materials for key project stakeholders including power purchaser clients, incentive providers, permitting agencies, equipment suppliers, contractors, lenders and investors
