I currently serve as the Ergen Professor of Business and the Davis Faculty Research Fellow at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee at Knoxville. In this capacity, I Co-Direct the Consortium for Social Enterprise Effectiveness at the University of Tennessee (https://haslam.utk.edu/csee), helping develop not-for-profit leaders and organizations. I also co-founded Red Castle Human Capital (redcastlehc.com), a workforce analytics company. Finally, I am President of the Southern Management Association https://smgmt.org/, an affiliate of the Academy of Management and publisher of the Journal of Management.
