Aloha, my name is Timmy Hunt a.k.a "Braddah Timmy". From the island of Maui. I am the founder and creator of the Pono Hawaiian Restaurant and Packaged Foods brands. With over 25 years of experience in face-to-face customer service, conceptualizing, branding, and hands-on operating of my restaurants and Mobile Food Facility (foodtruck), I have brought `ono (delicious) family recipes called "plate lunch" or "mixed plate" to the mainland along with island culture and the passion to build a strong community. We are in the business of "Spreading Aloha" and doing that in a "Pono" (righteous) way. We offer catering services along with full mobile bar, bulk Hawaiian food menu delivery, special events, private parties, weddings, and more. We have two brick-and-mortar locations in sunny Santa Cruz California and operate our packaged foods and import company there as well with the ability to white label many products with our manufacturer located overseas.
