Manage mission and vision for the church including directing and speaking regularly for services, training volunteers, creating new partnerships with other non-profits for the betterment of the community, and managing a part-time staff. Created a network of resources for other pastors to learn to use technology more effectively in their roles.

Leader of all programs for birth through high school aged kids and teens. Led large groups of volunteers including coaches, teachers and small group leaders. On a volunteer basis I am director and teacher at Monkey Butler, a non-profit improv comedy group that offers free improv workshops to communities across the globe. I have taught and performed for both large and small groups including student organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Improv skills are wonderful for both personal confidence and corporate teamwork.

Completed 3 units of Chaplaincy certification along with the required hours of experience working with patients, families, and staff members in day-to-day and crisis situations. Developed skills in listening, cross-team communication, and emergency management.
