Started at the Mt Buller Ski School as an instructor and quickly rose through the ranks to become Head Groms Coach (8-12yrs program) for Team Buller. Acquired full ski instructor certification (Level 4), freestyle coach certification and race coach certification along the way.Became Instructor Trainer responsible for training and hiring instructors.Responsibilities as head coach included program planning, group allocation and liaising with parents.Worked as a member of the events department in a broad range of roles, most notably managing course staff and as an event MC/presenter on the largest snowsports event in the southern hemisphere, the Victorian Interschools Snowsports Championships consisting of 6000 entries, 9 disciplines over 7 days. Currently a part-time coach during the winter and mentor to new coaches in the Team Buller Riders program and event MC/presenter
