Sagent has been awarded several multi-million dollar services contracts by tier-1 wireless carriers and infrastructure providers.• Successfully developed full capabilities to support all major DAS platforms in the market. • Published over a dozen of field troubleshooting guides through Power BI reporting tool, to help wireless operator customers reduce avoidable repair rate and increase OPEX saving.

• Worked with CTO to evaluate and review design specifications for the Cell-On-Wheels (COW) product line. • Assisted Director of Service with the improvement of lab functionality, test automation, training, and lab maintenance procedures.• Worked closely with software team on the Multi-Vendor Test System (MTS) platform. The project helped expand the service portfolio and continued to grow from the existing tier 1 carrier account. • Built and debugged the PXI-based Multi-vendor Automated Test Equipment (MATE) system for 2G RF amplifier testing.• Deployed and supported the MATE systems in other locations (San Louis, Mo; Durham, NC and Gurgaon, India) for service business growth. • Automated a Passive Intermodulation (PIM) test process for Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) products using LabView to significantly increase test efficiency and throughput capacity.
