• Director of Hospital Safety and Security for a 294 bed, full-service, regional healthcare facility, and General Medical/Surgical hospital. • Provided leadership for a 24/7 security operation consisting of a guard force of 26 Hospital Security officers supporting over 100,000 outpatients and visitors, 18,000 admissions, and 72,000 emergency room visits annually. Responsible for the hospital CCTV operations, Access Control and the Visitor Management system.• Ensured workplace and personnel safety regulations was in compliance with government regulations such as OSHA, EPA, NFPA and Joint Commissioned. • Managed the Life-Safety program which included, testing, maintenance, repair and upgrade of all life-safety systems, to include elevators, fire and security alarms, fire sprinkler systems and electronic access systems.
