In addition I managed & developed the contact team to 10 consultants & support staff & grew the contract team book from scratch to bill over 1.5 Million pounds per year annually within a 4 year timeframe.In October 2006 Bluetec was acquired by Morson International so under the same role continued as Contracts Manager overseeing Construction, Public Sector, Architecture & Technical Administration.In September 2007 I left the UK to set up Morson Australia

After travelling round the world for 1 years I joined Hays as a Junior Recruitment Consultant joining their resourcer programme.I joined the public sector contract team working in a team of 4 in the civil engineering public sector market generally recruiting Highways & Transporation individuals.After 1 year I set up the Town Planning contract desk for Abford House placing Antipdeons within the public sector.Successfully promoted to Senior Consultant after 15 months & managed a small team of 2 consultants within the Town Planning field.Left in 2001 to join Bluetec
