Built the Lawson Practice from the ground up, successfully working on client engagements, hiring and training resources, and managing the Lawson Practice overall. Managed and participated in all Practice activities–business planning, pre-sales support, scheduling, forecasting, training, and other areas. Grew the Practice at 100% annual growth for several years with over 150 consultants at its height.

Project management and functional consulting with the J.D. Edwards application.Technical leadership on J.D. Edwards projects across all product suites. Project management and functional consulting on Herb Freidman & Associates (HFA) software package. HFA is an iSeries (AS/400) ERP package specialized for Assemble-to-Order manufacturers, covering financials, customer service, manufacturing, and distribution functions.

Developed a PC database application system which consolidates marketing and technical product information for use within the organization and distribution to field sales force and industrial customers internationally. Implemented a system for efficiently producing marketing literature in-house which saves approximately $150,000 annually and reduces the time to market by approximately two-thirds.
