FX Post Trade Solutions Provider- Recognized as a 2012 top 3 post trade services provider by FX Week• Responsible for trade reconciliation across multiple clients; totaling over two billion dollars in daily volume, ensuring ETG internal systems tie out with client primes each day• Navigate Elysium servers and perform advanced searches using Unix commands• Lead point of contact and project manager for a major European FX agency client• Responsible for checking FIX connections and other mission critical tradeflow processes• Primary contact for all support and tradeflow issues with both clients and third party entities such as execution platforms and prime brokers• Train clients on the use of Elysium’s proprietary software• Identify trade breaks and other issues that affect the trading of ETG clients, and work with all parties along the trade lifecycle to resolve all issues• Resolve client questions about P&L calculations and requests for custom reporting within ETG’s software• Create internal mappings and work closely with third parties to accommodate the unique and sometimes complex trading of ETG clients and guarantee issue-free tradeflow• Assist with onboarding of new clients by preparing ETG systems and teaching client staff
