In this position I focused on bringing together the business, technology and agency/partner teams of the Merck Animal Health North America organization for executing strategic initiatives. My work focused on the Companion (pets), Livestock and US Commercial Operations teams. I worked on projects that include sales/marketing automation systems - CRM, Learning Management Systems (LMS), marketing analytics, system integrations and project management (Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
